System Engineer

What will your role be?

• Managing and operating developer and live systems, supporting developer processes,
• design, build and maintain Docker images according to developer needs,
• design and implementation of monitoring and logging of complex systems,
• continuous collaboration with operators and development teams,
• automation, build and deploy processes,
• designing Docker/Kubernetes/Linux container based environments.

We are looking for you if…

• You have Linux distribution independent knowledge,
• You are familiar with AWS or Azure,
• You have an understanding of hardware,
• You have basic knowledge of network and database operations,
• You have experience in web application hosting,
• You have worked with monitoring systems (e.g. Zabbix, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.)
  confident in using Bash, Git,
• You have experience in CI/CD processes (GitOps, Bamboo),
• You have a solid command of professional English (at least at the level of understanding documentation).

It is an advantage if…

• You are interested and have seen distributed systems,
• You know configuration management tools (Ansible),
• You have HAProxy/Keepalived knowledge,
• You have knowledge of virtualisation (Xen, KVM, VMware),
• You can create Kubernetes and AWS or Azure projects,
• You see the big picture.
