Tasks:
- Ensure smooth execution of batch runs critical for functional and performance testing of applications
- Monitor jobs and analyze failures
- Coordinate troubleshooting with responsible teams
- Ensure batch runs are restarted promptly
- Maintain a central view of the entire process
- Collaborate with multiple teams, including database administrators and cloud operations staff managing the runtime environment
- Identify weaknesses in batch runs and implement optimizations
Required skills:
- Experience with DB-Visualizer, Confluence/Wiki, JIRA, GitHub, MS Office/MS Teams, ServiceNow, ESCWA
- Fluent German (C2) and good English
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Availability during German service hours (07:30 – 16:00)
Insurance-specific knowledge will be learned on the job:
- Batch processes and tools (AMT, PSXP/JUTA)
- Operational business day in test environments
- IT processes and responsibilities in batch operations
