Your role as a Developer with us*

• Coaching and mentoring a team/teams of developers
• Participating in presales and other sales support activities
• Stakeholder and Change management skills
• Acting as a lead developer for named customer(s)
• Transforming business requirements into technical requirements when needed
• Designing application architecture as part of the bigger architecture design
• Being responsible for the testing strategy in his/her projects.

What we are looking for in this role*

• Minimum 8 years development experience including several years of Salesforce.com CRM or Force.com applications in several projects
• Minimum 3 years of experience in leading and coaching other developers
• Experience in transforming business requirements to technical requirements
• Experience in designing and documenting application architecture.
